Indoor emergencies are where coarse location fails. A street address can be useless in a hospital wing, logistics warehouse, airport, school or shopping center. Useful indoor location often combines civic detail, network context, Wi-Fi data, floor/room records and responder-friendly descriptions.
What it does

Indoor location improves dispatch and responder navigation when callers are not visible from a street address.
