What it does
Emergency video can give PSAPs visual context, but it changes bandwidth, workflow, privacy and evidence-handling requirements.
Video is one possible emergency media stream in richer IP emergency sessions.
How it works

- The PSAP receives, displays and may record video under policy.
- Fallback should preserve voice or text if video fails.
