Enterprise emergency calling in Europe must be designed around the country where the user is located, the provider's emergency calling capability, and the interface into national 112/E112/NG112 systems. Do not copy U.S. E911 assumptions into Europe without checking local rules and carrier behavior.

Validate emergency dialing and route patterns.
Maintain emergency addresses and location records as operational data.
Test fixed phones, softphones, shared devices, meeting rooms and remote users separately.
Confirm what the provider sends toward emergency services: caller identity, callback, civic location, geodetic location or location reference.
